ZUMBA TONING – most popular!

Zumba Toning is perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles. The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights (a pair of 1-3 lb dumbbells), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

BENEFITS

Zumba Toning enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

This class combines both regular Zumba and Zumba Toning routines so you get a variety of both in one class!

Please bring your own pair of 1-3 lb dumbbells – weights are recommended for the full workout experience but optional (no wrist weights please)

ZUMBA

Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the music takes over, you’ll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise.

A low-impact, high-energy workout that blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance.

There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Plus we get to stay cool in the pool!
