ZUMBA TONING – most popular!

Zumba Toning is perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles. The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights (a pair of 1-3 lb dumbbells), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

BENEFITS

Zumba Toning enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

This class combines both regular Zumba and Zumba Toning routines so you get a variety of both in one class!

Please bring your own pair of 1-3 lb dumbbells – weights are recommended for the full workout experience but optional (no wrist weights please)


ZUMBA

Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the music takes over, you’ll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise.

STRONG NATION

STRONG NATION is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn. The result is a group fitness experience unlike any other!

  • Common moves include squats, lunges, planks, burpees, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, etc.
  • Options and modifications are shown in between routines to make it safe and enjoyable for everyone
  • Please bring a mat to do floor exercises
