FRIENDLY HEADS UP! I’m expecting in May and plan to keep teaching while I’m feeling good! Classes are running as usual with some modifications (same music, same energy, same vibes). The April schedule will be shared soon and may change as needed. I’ll be taking a short recovery break and plan to return in the summer. Any impacted passes will be extended. Hi! My name is Hazel and I’ve been instructing fitness classes for over 14 years in Winnipeg, Manitoba. My goal is to make working out fun for everybody and every body. I’m always finding new ways to make each of my classes enjoyable yet challenging for all fitness levels. My passion lies in motivating others to achieve their fitness goals through Zumba and more! Talked to Hazel about my limitation and she walked me thru what to expect and since the first class is free I had nothing to lose so I tried it. I enjoyed it so much I’ve bought the 10 class pass. The combination of dancing to good music, hand weights and aerobics gives you a fun workout. The classes are a good size but you don’t feel crowded and I am able to adjust the moves for my knee and not lose out on a good workout. Thank you Hazel for a great routine.”
