CLASS POLICIES & PRICING

In person classes are held at Chalmers Community Center (480 Chalmers Ave.) and East Elmwood Community Centre (490 Keenleyside St.) or virtually on Zoom or with a pre-recorded video link.

All participants are required to book their spot for each class. You will need to book your spot whether you are dropping in, already have a pass or are planning to buy a pass.

WAITLIST POLICY

There is currently no waitlist option on my booking system. If the in person class you are wishing to attend is full please keep checking back. There are usually class cancellations on the day of or closer to the start time so you will most likely get a spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY

IN PERSON CLASSES — If you need to cancel your class for any reason you can do so up to TWO HOURS before the class starts. If you do not cancel before the cut off time it will count as a PAID class and you will be charged (your class will not go back onto your account or you will owe a drop in fee). You can cancel in person classes on Picktime, through your confirmation email or by contacting me directly.

VIRTUAL CLASSES — If you need to cancel your class for any reason please let me know TWO HOURS before a Zoom class starts OR the night before a video link is scheduled to send. If you receive a pre-recorded video link you will be charged. Please contact me directly to cancel.

RETURN POLICY

Passes are non-refundable and cannot be shared between clients. Each participant must have their own account to book and attend classes. Classes cannot be transferred to other accounts. Any in person or virtual drop in payments are non-refundable and will be credited for a future class if needed.

* Intro class passes are limited to one per person and valid for in person classes only
* Regular class passes can be used for both in person and virtual classes — 1 is deducted for in person, 0.5 is deducted for virtual
* All class passes are valid for all classes listed on my online booking system

PAYMENT

Cash, cheque, debit or credit card (+ $3.00 credit service fee) or e-transfer hazel@hazelzumbafitness.com accepted. Receipts are available upon request.
