CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your class for any reason, please cancel:
- up to three hours before class starts through your online account
- or up to two hours before class starts via email to hazel@hazelzumbafitness.com
Failure to cancel within this time frame results in a no show fee of a full paid class off your pass or the drop in fee. Cancellation through your online account is encouraged. Virtual classes cannot be cancelled.
WAITLIST POLICY
Class full? You can add yourself to the waitlist and you will be emailed if a spot opens up. You will have one hour to confirm your attendance in the class otherwise the next person on the waitlist will be notified. If the class is scheduled to start within 12 hours, everyone on the waitlist will be emailed and the spot will be opened to the public.
RETURN POLICY
Passes are non-refundable. Each participant must have their own account to book and attend classes. Passes cannot be shared and classes cannot be transferred to other accounts.
YOUR INVESTMENT
FRIENDLY HEADS UP! New client intake and intro offers are on pause until summer 2026. I’m expecting in May and plan to keep teaching while I’m feeling good! Classes are running as usual with some modifications (same music, same energy, same vibes). April classes will be posted weekly instead of the full month to make sure I’m showing up feeling my best for you all. Any impacted passes will be extended. Thanks for your support and flexibility during this time!

PAYMENT
- Cash and cheque are accepted in person
- E-transfers can be sent to hazel@hazelzumbafitness.com
- Credit card payments are available online
