VIRTUAL WORKOUT CHALLENGE: JAN. 10 – 29, 2021
Ready to invest in yourself? Come join my 3 week virtual workout challenge! With the accountability of me and fellow challenge participants, you will have the support and motivation to complete all 9 different workouts in January. You will leave each workout feeling strong, accomplished and proud of what your body can do! The point of this challenge is to get you moving regularly with the challenge of completing a variety of different workouts that are either full body or muscle group focused. So LET’S GET MOVING!
• This workout challenge is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. There will be lots of options and modifications shown to cater to everyone!
• Each workout will be a 30-40 min. circuit/interval training class (timed or counted reps)
• Workouts may incorporate weights but are completely optional. Light to medium dumbbells are recommended or you can get creative with soup cans, water bottles, 4L milk/water jugs, etc.
You have two ways of completing your workouts:
• Join me LIVE on Zoom (Sundays 10AM, Tuesdays 6PM, Fridays 6PM CST)
• Work out on YOUR OWN TIME! Videos will be posted in a private Facebook group shortly after the Zoom workout is done. You will need a Facebook account to access the group/videos. You can do the workouts as many times as you like until Feb. 13, 2021
• INVESTMENT: $34 or 4 classes off of your class pass
• Fee covers all 9 classes and access to the private Facebook group and videos until Feb. 13, 2021
