SATURDAY, FEB. 4TH – ZUMBA
A calorie-burning dance fitness party that combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy. No dance experience required. Please bring water.
SATURDAY, MARCH 11TH – ZUMBA TONING
A full body workout for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles. The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights (a pair of 1-3 lb dumbbells), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! This class combines both regular Zumba and Zumba Toning routines so you get a variety of both in one class. A pair of light weights is recommended but optional. Please bring water.
WORKOUT 10:00am – 11:00am
Class will take place on the volleyball court.. IN THE SAND! Please bring flip flops/indoor shoes for after the workout. Shoes are not required in the sand. Outdoor shoes MUST be left at the entrance.
OPTIONAL LUNCH 11:00am
If you would like to stay for lunch you are able to order food and drinks at the licensed Sand Bar at your own expense. Food options include pizza, wings, chicken fingers, flatbread and more.
